Instructor Nancy Moore leads the ATP Class on a garden tour, explaining the significant features of many landscape trees

Acer griseum, the Paperbark Maple, with its attractive exfoliating bark

A gorgeous Acer japonicum ‘Aconitifolium’ (Fern Leaf Maple) shows off its fall colours by the lake.

The very sculptural and rare Acer buergerianum (Trident Maple) is a native of China

Remarkable bark: one of the true cedars, Cedrus libani (Cedar of Lebanon) is a native of the Middle East. **************** Photos by Vancouver MG - Derek Simpkins - Advanced Training Graduate - 2014
