Rain Gardens - This presentation will explore the use of storm water capture in our semi-arid climate. Learn how to beautify your yard, reduce flooding and erosion, capture and use natural rainwater, and choose the right plants to create a stunning garden.  The presentation concludes with a tour of the newly built Dufferin Wetlands as example of a functioning, large-scale rain garden.
