Join us for this annual celebration of gardening hosted by the Okanagan Master Gardeners. Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just getting started, there’s something for everyone at this lively community event!

- Entrance Fee: $2.00 per adult (cash only), kids free

🌿 Gardening Workshops: Learn about sustainable gardening, foraging, and seed saving from local experts.
🪴 Vendors & Exhibitors: Browse a full room of organic, locally grown seeds and seedlings, gardening tools, and plant-related materials.
👩🌾 Master Gardener Advice: Get expert answers to your gardening questions.
🌟 Children’s Workshop: A fun and educational activity for kids to spark their love of gardening.
🌸 Outdoor Highlights: Enjoy free compost giveaways and delicious food trucks.

Sustainable Gardening
Master Gardener Darlene Romanko will be running a session on Sustainable Gardening. Darlene has been a popular presenter at our Kelowna Seedy Sundays for the last four years. She is provides a great opportunity to learn more about sustainability and ask your vegetable gardening questions.
Time: 10:30am to 11:15am
Foraging
Mikaela Cannon: Come learn how to forage sustainably, connect with nature, nourish your family and protect habitats. Mikaela Cannon teaches outdoor skills and sustainable foraging in the Okanagan and is the author of Foraging as a Way of Life- a year-round field guide to wild plants and mushrooms. She is excited to share her love for nature and treats from some of her favourite local wild plants. For more information, visit forestfables.ca.

Seed Saving
Master Gardener Michele Wecels: Presentation on Saving Seeds. You will be going home to plan seeds, grow plants during the coming year and Michele’s informative presentation will help you save seeds for next year. Michele will be on hand all day to offer tips, both at her Presentation and at the Okanagan Master Gardener Seed Swap table.
Time: 1:15pm to 2pm
Children’s All-Day Workshop
Plant some seeds, hens and chicks and do a little decorating for your summer gardening project. We will have the Science students from UBCO back on hand to demonstrate nifty science experiments and if we are really lucky, maybe a visit from our friend with actual chicks….
Time: 10am to 2:30pm
