The Victoria Horticultural Society will meet on October 6, 2026 ((7:00 – 9:00 pm) at the Ukrainian Cultural Centre (3277 Douglas St). Our speaker is Tasha Medve, the author of “The Purposeful Gardener.” Tasha will speak on the topic “Planning a Veggie Garden and Growing Vertically.” She will share practical strategies for growing more food in less space using raised beds, vertical gardening and companion planting.
